October was a very busy month in room 3. We did lots of fun activities and enjoyed learning through play. Check out our photos below to see what we’ve been up to!

We got a big surprise in school on Friday when-instead of all the children-some spooky characters arrived in school. There were skeletons, witches, super heroes and princesses. We had lots of Halloween fun!

On Friday 3rd June the school had a no-uniform day to raise money for the people of Ukraine. We all wore yellow and blue!

Well done to everyone who got involved!

Today was a very exciting day! We went on our first ever school tour.

We hopped on the bus in the morning and set off feeling very excited. Our first stop was Kia-Ora farm where we played in the sand, went on go-karts, drove diggers, petted and fed animals and even had a go on a fire engine. We were also treated to some icecream!

After lunch we got back on the bus and were off to our second stop of the day-Kidzone! Everyone was very excited and ran inside, ready to jump, play and go down the big slide.

After all our fun we got back on the bus feeling tired but happy and headed back to school. We couldn’t wait to tell our families all about our great day!
