Naomh Éanna Senior County Champions 2018 Visit St. Joseph’s

Naomh Éanna’s Senior Hurling Champions brought their cup to St. Joseph’s today. The staff and students were delighted to see that so many of St. Joseph’s past pupils were on the team. Well done to all involved. Enjoy the rest of the celebrations.

More fun in Junior Infants

We have been very busy in Junior Infants in room 6. We have been learning about ‘more’ and ‘less’ in maths, using our colourful bears.
Our new theme at playtime is ‘Halloween’ and the classroom has been very spooky with lots of witches wandering about, mixing up their potions.
We have learned lots of dances with Megan and love showing off our great dance moves and playing games.
We have also been practicing our sounds. We enjoy making the letters with playdoh and playing the Cookie Monster game. The Cookie Monster is very greedy and likes to eat up all the sounds. We have been learning to write our names too!
Sometimes, after all this hard work, we like to take a break and do some singing, dancing and stretching on Go Noodle.
Look at the photos to see us having fun and learning!
