This year, 6th class made a huge effort to dress up. We enjoyed the spooky season by playing games and even had a thrilling dance off! We had the pleasure of going to see the Creagh College musical on our final day.

Maths Week 2023
We had great fun in sixth class during Maths Week this year. We used our Maths eyes in school and at home to discover Maths all around us! We entered a competition to estimate the weight of Mrs. Tobin’s pumpkin. We enjoyed a Maths trail around the school. Well done to Robert and Tiernan, who had the closest estimates for the pumpkin challenge!
6th Class Visit Dublin Zoo
6th class visited Dublin Zoo yesterday on their school tour. The students learned so much from the zoo-keepers and even got to hold a giraffe bone! Some students even compared their hand size to that of an orangutan. We had an absolute whale of a time!
March Update
The students’ potatoes, daffodils and crocus plants are blooming this Spring! It was so exciting to see the plants flowering.
To celebrate Máirt na hInide (Shrove Tuesday) and Seachtain na Gaeilge the students wrote a set of instructions to make pancakes! Obair iontach déanta, maith sibh!
