Easter Egg Raffle

Well done to all of the boys and girls in St. Joseph’s who together raised €963 for the Irish Pilgrimage Trust with their Easter egg raffle. We wish the trust and of the young people luck on their annual trip to Lourdes.

Pasture to Plate Prize

Today was a great day! We finally got to reap the awards from winning the Agri Aware Pasture to Plate competition. We had visits from a local farmer, local butcher from Redmond’s Butchers and we also had the chefs from The Kitchen in Gorey. The children learned all about how our beef stew came from pasture to our plates! We loved the yummy stew so much so that we didn’t leave any for Mr. Cronin!!!
