June 15th – 19th

Hello everyone!

I hope you had a great weekend. Well done on all the amazing work completed last week. My email address for anyone who wants to contact me is mkirwanji@hotmail.com

You’ll be happy to hear that this week we are reducing the work further. We will do English activities two days and Maths activities two days. We are also going to have a Wellness Week this week with lots of fun activities for you to try.

Monday:

Practise Jolly Phonics Tricky Words: here, there, they, go, no, so, my

(These words cannot be sounded out, they will have to be learned.)

The children have come across the words ‘they’ and ‘go’ in their readers so they should already know these words. The other words are new. Daily practice of these words – look and say each word until they are familiar with them and recognise them on sight. Writing or printing each word separately on paper will help when practising them.
