We are celebrating the start of the Chinese New Year in 2nd Class! We learned about the 12 Zodiac signs. This year is the Year of the Dragon!

We learned about the different traditions celebrated in China during Chinese New Year. Miss Kinsella had some helpers help put our hand cut-outs in the shape of the dragon! Everyone made several hands in different colours to make the dragon a good size!
